I have one complaint about this model kit: You can't display both the fossil, and the regular version at the same time. The body pieces snap on over the fossil. The teeth of the fossil are also the teeth of the full model. So even if you get the full body model together separate from the fossil, it won't have any teeth.

torrents work like this
i have a file or folder on my pc that i want to share with other people. let's call it gayshit.mp3
unfortunately gayshit.mp3 is 750mb and im not paying for discord nitro so i need another way to send it
i put it into qbittorrent and it makes a torrent file. this is essentially a very small file that points to gayshit.mp3 so other computers can find it. kinda like a treasure map
i send this tiny file to my friend, who loads it into qbittorrent. their computer takes a moment to find mine over the vast expanse of cyberspace and then (as long as my pc is running and the file is still where it should be), it gets copied from my hard drive to theirs
this is the cool part: if somebody else loads that tiny file, they can download it from both of us. if i'm offline but my friend is on, the third person can still get it. this also means that if two people have separate halves of the file, they can download the other half from each other. as long as some combination of people have the pieces between them, they can all have the whole thing.
crucially this does not require a server!!! you can just upload the file to a few people and as long as they keep it, it's still accessible. as long as somebody, somewhere is still connected, it's available forever. the only way it goes away is if everybody disconnects from it.

Just realized Wolf's Rain is over 20 years old now and people may have never even heard of it.
If you are a furry/furry adjacent... if you were/are a wolf kid, this is required viewing. It's genuinely a good anime. It has both the same screenwriter and music producer as Cowboy Bebop. Even if you aren't particularly into anime, it's worth a watch. It's not your typical Shounen Jump bullshit. It's a post apocalyptic fantasy story concisely woven into 26 episodes.
Unfortunately the only streaming service that has it is Crunchyroll, which is a union busting, AI using piece of shit.
Either pirate it or buy physical. The full series usually runs around $45.

Digimon Beatbreak is good.
Haven't watched Digimon since Adventure/02/Tamers/Frontier? Haven't watched Digimon at all? Beatbreak is a story separate from any previous season. You need no knowledge of them to jump right in.
Watched Ghost Game and were disappointed? Beatbreak is better. Similar tone, but with actual character development and plot progression.

I sometimes think about the letter KA Applegate posted for her fans who were disappointed by the ending of her series, and while I understand simply not liking how a story ends, I really respect her reasoning.
Like you can dislike the ending, that's fine.
But her reasoning is very interesting to read. And I really enjoy the framing of the anti war message.
You don't like that one war simply led to another? Fine. Pretty soon you'll all be of voting age, and of draft age. So when someone proposes a war, remember that even the most necessary wars, even the rare wars where the lines of good and evil are clear and clean, end with a lot of people dead, a lot of people crippled, and a lot of orphans, widows and grieving parents.
