I had to hand it to Josh, he had really outdone himself. A year prior, we had struck up a deal on if he could pack on 100 pounds in a single year. A little random, but he had always been one for eccentric competitions. Of course, I bet against the man. I had never even seen him eat dessert before then, let alone enough to put on substantial weight. Well, one year and many feasts later, I find myself out of $100 bucks and with a far plumper friend.
