You literally do not need all those hygienic products for your skin to be basically healthy. As a person you only need to maintain a balanced diet, get your omega from actual fish as intended, wear a hat during sunny weather, avoid trans fats, get enough sleep, and essentially shower twice a day or more when needed. If you still have skin problems while following these steps, you either have some problem with your body parts for example liver or kidneys or thyroid which you need to get checked at the doctor, or you live in a polluted area, or you’re encountering some hormonal imbalance which could be caused by puberty among other things, or you’re lying to yourself. Your skin doesn’t need to look like a doll’s to be healthy, and in order to be healthy you need to live a balanced healthy lifestyle, not a skincare routine (unless your doctor specifically prescribed it to you upon noticing objective bad conditions with your body, which can only be canceled out after following the main principles I listed above)
