I love your art! Your grasp of color and poses is captivating. I struggle a lot with drawing both. Do you have any tips about improving poses and color understanding/ palette selection?

i answered similar ask about color palettes here (to summarize knowing color theory and values etc does help but largely if something looks interesting to me i'll rather go with that even if it's not necessarily the "correct" color choice)

regarding poses i'd just say references are your best friend but don't be afraid to get weird with it?? in a way that even if something might not be anatomically correct but if it looks interesting and good then why not go with it (of course studying the basics is gonna help with that but i figure that's a given)

and if you're intimidated by stuff like foreshortening or perspective or whatever it could be, try it anyway! most first attempts at anything are probably not gonna be the way you imagine but nobody seeing your art is ever gonna know what you were imagining anyway, they'll just take it as it is!

Your Coloring choices are so gorgeous do you have a process when approaching it or do you just go off of vibes?

i wanna say i go off vibes but i have done studies throughout my life to grasp it a bit more, i found an example by katfishdraws on insta that is pretty close to how i think about the process!

you push colors by upping the saturation as well as kinda moving around the color wheel and it can be as much or as little as you want!
