#Beef Liver With Mushrooms Recipe# *WHAT IS NEEDED* 1/4 cup coconut flour/plain flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 450g beef liver, cut in strips 3 tablespoons coconut oil/olive oil/ordinary cooking oil 1 cup sliced oyster mushrooms 1/2 cup sliced onions/scallions(spring onion) 1/2 cup sliced celery(optional) 1 cup beef broth/plain water *HOW ITS DONE* -Combine coconut flour, salt, and pepper together in a shallow dish. -Add liver to coat all sides. -Heat two tablespoons of coconut oil in a large skillet/pot on medium high heat. -Add liver and cook until just browned. -Add mushrooms, onions, celery, and the remaining one tablespoon of coconut oil. -Cook, stirring frequently for about five minutes, or until tender.
