Ingredients: 1 lb ground bison. 1/2 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 2 eggs. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 1/4 tsp sea salt. 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 175C 350F. Ground bison, almond flour, coconut flour, eggs, baking powder, sea salt, black pepper, and melted coconut oil should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. Roll the mixture into tiny balls and press into the shape of biscuits. Transfer the biscuits to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the color turns golden.
