Ingredients: 3 lbs chicken wings. 1/4 cup olive oil. 2 tbsp paprika. 1 tbsp garlic powder. 1 tbsp onion powder. 1 tbsp cayenne pepper. 1 tbsp brown sugar. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 cup barbecue sauce.
Instructions: First, preheat the Traeger grill to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. To make a spice rub, combine olive oil, paprika, onion, garlic, and cayenne pepper with brown sugar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. First, rub the spice mixture onto the chicken wings and cook them for 60 minutes on the Traeger grill. For the second phase, raise the Traeger temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. After brushing the chicken wings with barbecue sauce, grill them for a further half hour, or until they are cooked through and crispy. Enjoy while hot!
