Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1/4 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup crumbled blue cheese. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce. Fresh celery sticks and carrot sticks for serving.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 425F 220C. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the sauce mixture until they are well coated. Place the coated wings on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning once, or until they are crispy and cooked through. While the wings are baking, prepare the clean blue cheese dressing. In a bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve the wings on a platter with fresh celery sticks, carrot sticks, and a bowl of the clean blue cheese dressing for dipping.
