Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 teaspoons smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. 1 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
Instructions: Get your Traeger pellet grill ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. To make a spice rub, put olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Spread the spice mix out on both sides of each chicken breast. Once the Traeger grill grates are hot, put the chicken breasts that have been seasoned on them. The chicken should be grilled for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F 74C. It should be turned over halfway through the cooking time. Take the chicken breasts off the Traeger and let them rest for a few minutes. Then serve them.
