Happy Wednesday, dearest Ones. 🌞 We are now onto Day 3️⃣ of the #Wheel2Splits #yogachallenge and the asana is either Utthan Pristhasana aka #lizardpose 🦎 or Anjaneyasana aka low lunge. 😊 Through the years this pose has helped me gain confidence in coming into splits, and even prepared me for teaching them in class. However, in using the @myyogawheels in Baddha Utthan Pristhasana aka #boundlizardpose I actually felt an even deeper stretch in my hip flexors. More importantly, the wheel kept my hips in alignment.
