Even those who don’t celebrate I hope your day is filled with happiness, joy and unconditional love! Christmas is a time of ideals. A time when we can all come together and celebrate friends, family and the Holy Spirit. It’s a time of warmth and comfort in every possible form and function. No Christmas is perfect, the only perfect part of Christmas is YOU. You are perfect in every way! The love you give to others unconditionally, you deserve to give to yourself!! Tonight as we sit down for Christmas dinner remember the following: ENJOY the lil moments in life. Embrace them. The goal of this journey is not a number on a scale but a smile on your face. Your value does not come from what your friends, family say or think about you. Hopefully they are supportive and love you...if not that’s ok too! They are humans just like you struggling to figure this whole deal of life out and sometimes miss the point. Sometimes they can even be toxic, jealous of what they see in you they wish they saw in themselves. Be proud of who YOU ARE. These people are JUST people, they hold ZERO power over you! You are beautiful and deserving of love!! Unconditionally. Finally always remember those less fortunate. Someone is at work right now who can’t afford to take time off....
