Brujah: They throw really wild parties and their passion is fascinating but like, not every night needs to be full of rage and rebellion. Chill out.

Followers of Set: I hear they've rebranded but even if a snake sheds its skin, it's still a fucking snake.

Gangrel: there's something deeply appealing about the whole "inner animal" thing -- shifting one's form? But ugh, survive survive survive *yawn* do they even know how to have fun?

Giovanni: No.

La Sombra: The Catholic Church has a gorgeous aesthetic I admit, but I think some of them actually *believe* in that bullshit!

Malkavian: So many artists have been touched by madness and their eccentricities can actually be kind of fun! They're really prone to revealing uncomfortable truths at random, though. Which can kill a party pretty fast.

Nosferatu: Can I just not look at them or smell them, please? I threw up the last time.

Ravnos: Chimestry is pretty amazing, I won't lie but I think I've met *one*?

Toreador: Too pretty for our own good.

Tremere: and they call the Toreador extra???

Tzimisce: NO THANK YOU, I'M GOOD...WHAT ARE YOU?

Ventrue: fucking control freaks and snobs.

The Camarilla: Boo. Art is so much more than classical painting and sculpture! You're all stuck in the past and you need to move on.

The Sabbat: We might be monsters but we don't have to be monsters about it. There's no art in pointless cruelty.

The full collection of my Kindred babies! Well, the Camarilla clan ones, anyway! All of them live in the fictional city of Santa Marta, CA.

Top Row: Louis and Laurent DeFantome -- a pair of twins who Embraced roughly around the same time, by two different vampires. Laurent was Embraced by a Tremere after he broke into her magical lab and she decided "Fuck it, I need an Apprentice. I'm going to ghoul you and then Embrace you properly once I have the chance." Louis got into a motorcycle accident and his Toreador girlfriend Embraced him on the spot, as she couldn't stand to lose him (or let him become ugly). They ended up breaking up after a few more years together but they're still on speaking terms...

Second Row: Miranda Cortez, a Ventrue who is Louis's current girlfriend, who owns a couture fashion house. Alex Hyde, a Brujah goth from London who ended up in Santa Marta a few years ago. He was Embraced in the early 1980s

Row Three: Marlissa Schwartz -- a very snarky and sarcastic Tremere who ended up getting Vissiscitude and she's currently dedicated to figuring out how to get rid of it and will do literally anything in pursuit of this goal. Morgan Kendrick, who was Embraced in the late Victorian Era after her husband pushed her out a third floor window and her Toreador lover Embraced her. She currently runs a bespoke lingerie boutique and is using immortality to search for her True Love.

And lastly, Lydia Laci Lee -- a Malkavian who was Embraced in the mid 1990s. She used to be a club kid but after being Embraced, her curse manifested as a nearly permanent age-regressed mental state (Laci usually thinks she's between 6 and 13, though occasionally, she'll be 16/17 and very very rarely she'll be her true age of 23). She lives with two other Malkavians (one named Richard, who is obsessed with fractals/math, who she considers as her "Dad" and then another who is Old AS FUCK and calls herself "Sanity" who Laci thinks of as her big sister)

I went digging through my keepsake boxes to find the photos Edwin (my Sire) took of me while I was still mortal! This is one of my favorites, still. The years haven't been so kind to it but it's still a lovely photo.
