LEMON SHORTBREAD 🍋 So I tried out this vegan shortbread recipe which appeared on Veganuary since it looked so simple. Made some tweaks and used the following ingredients: INGREDIENTS 🔸100g @marylebonegroup coconut oil spread 🔸50g organic molasses 🔸The zest of 1 lemon 🔸150g @bobsredmill 100% Stone Ground Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 🔸50g ground rice It was ok. I’ve made better tasting shortbread cookies before so I think I’ll stick to those instead and omit the ground rice.
