Death by Chocolate Cake- Ultimate Indulgence
Savor the ultimate indulgence for chocolate lovers with this rich and fudgy Bundt cake. Chocolate cake that is rich and moist, with a ribbon of delicious fudge running through the middle, is the ideal dessert for any occasion.
Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoons baking powder. teaspoon baking soda. teaspoon salt. 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cups granulated sugar. 3 large eggs. 1 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1 cups sour cream. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. cup heavy cream. cup sweetened condensed milk.
Instructions: Grease a bundt cake pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl. Put aside. Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar in a separate bowl until they are light and fluffy. One egg at a time, beat in, and then mix in the vanilla extract. Starting and ending with the dry ingredients, add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients in turn, alternating with the sour cream. Blend until barely combined. Fill the prepared bundt cake pan halfway with cake batter. Heat the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk in a small saucepan over low heat until they start to simmer. Take off the heat and blend in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until they melt and become smooth, forming the filling for the fudge ribbon. Leaving a 1-inch border around the edge of the batter in the bundt pan, pour the fudge ribbon filling over it. Make sure the fudge layer is fully covered by pouring the remaining cake batter over the fudge ribbon filling. Bake for 4550 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, in a preheated oven. After letting the cake cool in the pan for ten minutes, turn it over and let it cool completely on a wire rack. Before serving, you can choose to add a chocolate drizzle or cocoa powder sprinkle. Enjoy your Rich Fudge Ribbon Bundt Cake after slicing and serving!
