Instructions: Shred the cabbage and put it in a large bowl. Add the cooked chicken breast, carrots cut into thin strips, red bell pepper, sesame seeds, cilantro, and green onions. Whisk the honey, minced garlic and ginger, salt, and pepper into the sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey in a separate bowl. This will make the vinaigrette. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss it around to cover everything. Put the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors mix.
