I’ve been truly on my journey for just a month now but I have had some pretty big lifestyle changes before I started.
anyways i’m going to do check-ins of wieiad!! and how many calories I consume!
Today i have ate
cheese quesadilla- 260cal
hot chips- 250 cal
hard boiled egg- 70 cal
and a drink from the coffee place near me- 170 cal
that’s it so far, i’m probably going to have chicken tonight, but i’ll see you tomorrow!!
Been making this salad for lunch a lot lately, rlly yummy and acid reflux-friendly. I use butter lettuce, avacado, baked chickpeas, cucumber, and feta but if you’re not worried about GERD I’d add red or green onion too for flavor 🥑💕

I’ve made hamburger patty ???
I got the inspiration from a Japanese meal, hamburger patty with a egg inside of it.
Right down the middle. With some steamed veggies
I even added pompompurin for decor
Ooohhhh also the sauce. Which was ketchup, ponzu and a little bit of sugar. Then I just added it to the top of the hamburger patty
For the drink, it was a orange punch with a combination of a whole bunch of fruits.
Orange juice , lemon, raspberry lemon syrup , apple grape sparkling juice and strawberry syrup
