He was made to be a man but Wick was actually designed to be androgynous on purpose, it's not just an aesthetic choice, it ties into a future plot point we're really excited to explore later on, so we can't say too much about it yet, but keep an eye out. As for his height, he's about 1.98m tall, which actually makes him the second tallest member of the whole gallery cast. We used to joke around comparing his height to the others just to see how he stacked up, and he towers over most of them pretty easily.
As for sexuality, we'd define him as pansexual. Gender or gender identity just isn't something that factors into who he's drawn to, it's more about the person themselves, their personality, the way they carry themselves, rather than any specific label.
And about the kids question, since you were brave enough to ask lol, he'd genuinely love the idea. He hasn't had much chance to actually interact with children given, well, his whole situation, but he finds the way they see the world really endearing, that kind of unfiltered curiosity and honesty. If it were entirely up to him, he'd be all for it without a second thought. That said, he's not the type to push his own wants onto someone else, so if his partner wasn't on board, he'd respect that completely and wouldn't insist.
