The Demonomicon of Iggwilv, aka Natasha the Dark or Tasha (Jeff Easley, AD&D module S4: The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, TSR, 1982) A cropped version of this appears in 1985′s Unearthed Arcana; both versions have the same tiny hidden messages barely visible in the text.
“Xag-ya are creatures from the Positive Material Plane. They have the shape of silvery spheres with tentacle-like appendages and glowing, golden eyes.” “Xeg-yi are creatures from the Negative Material Plane. They have the shape of black spheres with tentacle-lie appendages and dull metallic black eyes” (Harry Quinn illus, S4: The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth by Gary Gygax, TSR, 1982)
The secret compartment holds the Demonomicon of Iggwilv and six other magical tomes. (Jeff Easley, AD&D module S4: The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, TSR, 1982)

The crystal ooze is an aquatic variety of grey ooze that is difficult to see when immersed. Unfortunately for boaters, it secretes an acidic venom that dissolves wood as well as flesh. (Looks like a Jeff Easley, from AD&D module S4: The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, TSR, 1982)
“Savants are derro sages, with the ability to cast spells and use magical items and weapons.” (Jeff Easley, AD&D module S4: The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth by Gary Gygax, TSR, 1982)
Enemies and lovers, the demon prince Graz’zt and the arch-mage Iggwilv the Witch Queen of Perrenland (Harry Quinn, AD&D module S4: The Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, TSR, 1982) Iggwilv has been known by many names. As a child she was Natasha the Dark, one of Baba Yaga’s adopted daughters and sister to Elena the Fair. She is the mother of Iuz and Drelnza, and infiltrated the Company of Seven as Zagig Yragerne’s apprentice using the name Tasha.
