Trusting Myself
Today was day 2 of @yogawithadriene's yoga revolution. The idea was to connect and move with intention. One of the biggest things I struggle with is believing in myself and trusting myself. One of the ways I'm trying to learn to trust myself is through consistent yoga and meditation practices. I doubt myself and my abilities all the time but find that at least during meditation and yoga I'm able to set these worries aside. My thoughts are that continued yoga and meditation will make me more aware of negative behaviours and thoughts and then help me to change them in the moment.
