Transfemme N would probably keep the same body she currently has for a while because she finally remembers all the pain and torture they went through and is too traumatized to commit to going through a major modification surgery again, and because it would just feel a bit weird to change too much about her body right then.
But she'd definitely do cosmetic changes— growing her hair out is definitely one of them, and she already loved the ones she's close to messing about with her hair, but now they'll also help her out by styling her long hair because she likes the feeling of it being free to do whatever, but it also can get in the way of getting her wings out and putting them away. By the time she's actually happy with her hair, it's nearly down to her knees.
