Had a productive study session today 🙃
In a stunning move, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has axed 22 federal contracts worth nearly $500 million for mRNA vaccine development, calling the technology ineffective against respiratory infections like COVID and flu. The decision, affecting giants like Pfizer and Moderna, marks a sharp turn in U.S. vaccine strategy.

Had a productive morning. Trying Dopamine starvation for the first two hours of each day and it's helping a lot. As they say, one should "eat the frog" first, I have been subjecting my sluggish brain to a gruelling hour of Maths practice for the first work slot. Ever since I got to know about this part of the brain called the 'anterior mid-cingulate cortex (aMCC)' from Dr. Huberman and how it links to willpower, tenacity, and goal-directed behavior, I am on a mission to build on this and boost my performance levels. For the past two years, ever since I got done with my Master's, my brain has grown complacent and my computational, reading, learning powers have taken a massive hit. I am trying to build that house back brick by brick.
