I remember the first feeling after years of binging when I was able yo control what I ate.

I started loosing weight like crazy with OMAD, from 63kg to 53kg.

I had a face again, collarbones, I didnt sweat at all , and my stomach was a fucking dream.

I was empty but so full with pride and self-esteem.

I wan to go back to that feeling, I want to be consistent, I really want this.

And remember you are never going to regret not eating something but for sure going to regret overeat.

I will post daily with my updates until I reach my gw that is 48, currently Im 54,7kg and Im 1,75cm.
