These Roasted Tomato Burgers will make your burger game better. The roasted cherry tomatoes add a burst of flavor that goes well with the juicy beef patty. A tasty new take on an old favorite!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 burger buns. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. 1/4 cup olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 slices of cheese your choice. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of red onion. 4 pickle slices. Ketchup and mustard for topping.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Put cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. I used olive oil. For 15 to 20 minutes, or until they burst and get a little caramelized, roast the tomatoes in an oven that has already been heated. Take it out and set it aside. Turn the tomatoes on to roast while you make four burger patties out of the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. On a stove or grill, heat a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties until they're done the way you like them. For medium-rare, that should take about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Put a slice of cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of cooking and cover to melt. You can grill or toast the burger buns until they are lightly browned. Put lettuce leaves, red onion slices, and pickle slices on the bottom half of each bun to make the burgers. Add a burger patty covered in cheese and a lot of roasted tomatoes on top. To make it your own, add ketchup and mustard. Then put the top bun on top. Feel free to eat the Roasted Tomato Burgers right away!
