Ingredients: 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons chopped chives. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 slider buns, split and toasted. Lettuce leaves, for serving. Sliced tomatoes, for serving. Butter, for grilling.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Spread butter on the insides of each slider bun. Place a lettuce leaf and sliced tomato on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a generous scoop of lobster mixture. Cover with the top half of the bun. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Place sliders on the pan and cook until golden brown and heated through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve hot and enjoy!
