my tics: *increase in frequency when my parents do something that stresses me out/makes me anxious*
my parents, who know full well that my tics are caused by stress and anxiety: *continue doing the thing despite watching my tics increase and me literally saying that it's stressful/anxiety inducing*
me:
listening to music either drastically reduces my tics or makes me tic in time to the current song. there's no in between and no way of telling which one will happen at any given time. like,,,,, pick a side, brain!!!! does music help my tics or not???
Fuckin head jerk tic is going to kill my neck. Hurts more each time and for some reason today it's only been going to the left and back just a little bit but like. Super quick and violently. Hurts.

Me? Writing a story about Lancelot having a tic attack to distract from my own one and pretend that I'd actually be able to ask for help when needed? It's more likely than you'd think
I've been suppressing my tics all day. On the one hand it's good to know that I can do that if necessary (although the tics did start escaping more the later in the day it got) but also i'm asking myself why I did that
There is a tic that is just... stuck in me. Like, I can feel the urge to tic like crawling under my skin but I can't figure out what the words are supposed to be. I'm also not sure if it's actually a tic or just anxiety...
