Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks. 8 slices bacon, cut into halves. 1/4 cup ranch seasoning mix. 1 bell pepper, diced. 1 onion, diced. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix chicken chunks with ranch seasoning until coated evenly. Wrap each chicken chunk with a bacon slice. Thread chicken wrapped in bacon onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper, onion, and cherry tomatoes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
