This vegan tomato sauce only needs three ingredients, but it tastes great. When you mix garlic, olive oil, and crushed tomatoes together, you get a thick, satisfying sauce that goes well with pasta or as a base for other meals.
Ingredients: 1 can 400g crushed tomatoes. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in crushed tomatoes and stir well. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired. Serve over pasta or use as desired.
