I DEEPLY worry that I'm faking being a system all the fucking time especially since I'm always here, and don't have good communication with other alters, the most I got is having thoughts that don't feel like mine and being bothered by a angry presence that yeah I'm pretty sure is just trying to protect me is also causing me issues bc I don't like being irritable most the time.
I can't tell if other emotions are mine or other alters bc I'm blank, like no full emotions, most the time, but then BAM!! tears, urge to yell or throw something, or BOTH
any advice on how to maybe stop invalidating myself or potentially communicate with other alters would be appreciated.
SysChat Config Template + Info
Hi! I am a big fan of SysChat (codeberg linked to download if interested)
But I am also someone who knows NOTHING of code and found the provided info hard to understand (no hate to the creator! they were lovely and helpful when I was confused. just means I am inspired to create a little more accessibility for the app!)
So I made a configuration template for folks who may struggle with coding things or understanding the help/info provided in the download. It has roughly 50 blank spots AND single, double, triple, and quadruple extra blocks to paste in if you're polyfrag OR just have a high sys count!
I also provided a screenshot of what the edited config should look like + a video on what SysChat looks like when active!

We could be wrong about our systemhood and don't want to embarrass ourselves if thats the case. We know its okay to BE wrong about this, but irl we don't want to go through the effort of explaining all of this (all of US) to our family & friends and then having to take it all back, + face the scrutiny/embarrassment of "see! Nothing is wrong with you. Stop self diagnosing, etc etc" Thats host's main reasoning. And I get that. (If it turns out we're wrong we can just delete this sideblog)
At least we can be ourselves in private. Host is still a little hesitant about that if he's co-con, but for the most part lets us be ourselves :)
