#100studytips LISTEN CAREFULLY FOR HINTS IN CLASS
Have you ever found yourself in a class or lecture so madly and rapidly writing notes that you miss a tonne of what the teacher is saying? And you sometimes have to ask the person next to you so you can ‘get with the program’ …. At this most ordinary juncture, you can forget trying to capture exam hints dropped by the teacher, you are simply in ‘survival mode’!
Apparently learning in class is more effective with the 80/20 rule. That is listen 80% and write 20% of the time. And you’re thinking ‘yeah, right, dream on…’ It is ‘kinda’ challenging and semi-unrealistic to achieve this, but if you actually read-up before class about the topic and prepare your notes (see last posts), you CAN be more chilled, and perhaps achieve a little of the 80/20 rule, in order to pick up on hints and material for exam questions. Some teachers inadvertently drop hints without realising, but if you’re so focused on writing chicken scratch, you would sooo miss those hints. Try this hack and see…
(I’m really sorry for the shitty quality of my pictures!!!)
This sounds really lame but I have honestly missed Biology class so much! Our new topic is the nervous system and it’s super interesting. Also, if you couldn’t tell, I love my yellow pen a lot.
9/100 days of productivity|Working on a giant mindmap to summarize a chapter in my strategic management course ( this year the course is in Arabic ). Used 2 A4s taped together. Or an A3 paper would get things done ✅
Wanna be pen pals?? ................................... Studyblrs out there I've been dying to have a pen pal since I was like maybe 10 yrs old. So if you're interested message me and maybe we can exchange information about our countries and cultures. And here's the thing if you're a studyblr that means we share the same love for stationary , paper, decorating and a lot more which also means the packages 📦 we exchange would be closer to art and tons of fun to make ✨

6/100 days of productivity. Have got a presentation in 2 days about a research that I have been doing with some of my colleagues about internal environments in organizations and how they affect the organizational effectiveness. Wish me luck , it's been tiring yet informative.
4/100 days of productivity, have been struggling for the past few days with "operations research" specifically the simplex method. However, I am starting to work it out 🤓 , I would like to thank my mom for that delicious meal and for always making sure that I stay healthy 😋
5/100 of productivity challenge: Looking at university choices in London! It has excited me and made me eager to look for more! One suggestion to everyone going to university, don't rely on your friends for information on university! I want to go to a university in the Russell group and my friend told me Goldsmith, kings college and Brunel don't do foundation years or take BTEC but they do!!! I can do this! So happy😂😂😂😂😂
