2017.02.17 💪🕉 Jazzercise Strength30 and 30 minutes stretching/yoga
We got kicked out of our amazing room that has the wood floor to a building with a hard floor, so we did 30 minutes of KICK ASS strength training and 30 minutes of yoga. I can’t ever remember my legs and arms shaking so much while doing yoga, to be honest. I can still feel it! My arms, in particular, are like noodles.
We were in a different building, so had to transport all our administrative stuff and sound system over there, and, with all that, I totally forgot to selfie, either before or after. Oh well. I got sweaty. I’m dead now. Still have to grocery shop and drive to the farm.
My foot felt a little better today, but I wore the orthotics in my shoes for class and will wear them for shopping tonight. It hurts more with them in my shoes, but I think maybe it’s helping over all with the swelling and pain. I guess we’ll see tomorrow.
