Last night was so fun, I decided to substitute the gym with cardio on the dance floor. I threw on my crop top, leather jeggings, and my sneakers...The best thing about being dressed down was the feeling of freedom and the stability of throwing this ass in a circle without having to limp home because my pinky toe was smothered was fabulous af. I danced for nearly 2 and half hours straight and came home and passed out. Sometimes you just have to let your hair down and pop that 😻 for a real one. 💪 😂 For breakfast I had 2 cups of egg whites and avocado toast Pre cardio I had a 4oz teriyaki salmon with rice and veggies Because I was a little lit last night, I had 3 bowls of Captain Crunch. I’m very close to being 200lbs. I lost over 15 lbs the latter half of the month from a combination of stress and also cutting a lot of sugar out of my diet. I plan to continue eating better in the hopes it’ll help me to continue losing weight.

I start summer dance classes this week! I’m gonna really try to take some video and post on here, cause I wanna show off. Lol 😂

Since I work at a ballet company, I get to take classes for free which is fantastic. I’m excited to continue doing what I love and train my body to be a stronger dancer. 🩰💖

This is the summer to dance.
