It’s been almost two years since I did any knitting so it took my a few days to get back up to speed. Knitted this swatch to practice stranded color work again. The ribbing confused me the most, took me the longest to figure out how to keep all the strands on the backside. And I really kick myself not writing down the method of knitting my doll sweaters. Spent a lot of time messing with gauges. Felt like reinventing the wheel all over again. At long last I can show this make to you! @skeindeer ‘s #selbucoat is easily one of my most-worn knitted garments. I knit it with #hillesvågullvarefabrikk Sol and Tinde, and it is so warm and cozy that it is perfect to wrap myself up in when cold as a robe at home, or even as a coat to wear outside in early spring/late fall.
