Step up your Cardio Sweat and burn calories with this stepper circuit. The stepper is a great addition to your cardio workout to mix it up and add some fun. If you don't have the stepper, you can try to do on the floor. Do each exercise as a circuit for 30 seconds and rest for 30. Added a minute to my #StepWorkout feeling pretty good and a little light headed #LOL I know it’s only 4mins but to go from not working out to trying to get healthy you gotta start small! Do not push yourself too hard. Small steps take it slow and steady and you’ll reach your goal. Next week I will hopefully add another min to my steps. After weeks of not doing much cardio, I decided I needed something that would make me work, but not feel like I’d gotten clobbered. Party Rockin’ Step #2 was the perfect choice. It’s advanced step choreography, combined with intensity.
I’ve been trying to figure out where exercise fits in my life anymore. I’m done with stressing out my body and my mind, trying to meet other people’s fitness standards. It’s also the case that heavy exercise and dieting are not terribly effective - or even healthy - long-term life choices.
What exercise IS good for is mood modification. It’s a proven anti-depressant. So, that will be my guideline. I will exercise almost daily, and I will choose exercise that I want to do, not what I’ve been told to do.
Life’s too short to waste on boring, painful, or uncomfortable exercise.

Intensity, be thy name! I haven’t pulled this one out in ages, nor have I done much cardio lately, and I’ve gained a few pounds, and gotten older. All of that adds up to - fuck, this was hard. I “only” did the 36 minute step portion, which totally exhausted me, and I took it easy in places! Still, it was a great workout; one of my favourites. I love that it’s fast and advanced stepping, with rocking choreography, and blasts built right into it. I can see that I need to build up my cardio endurance again, and this one will do nicely. I may try to use a premix from it, once a week. There’s also BodyMax2, which is similar but different. I have a headache today. That likely means I pushed myself pretty hard yesterday. And I’m sleepy.
