I’ve always thought that my dad and I were complete opposites but in reality, we’re quite similar. We always butted heads while I was growing up. We never saw eye to eye, but he always loved me unconditionally anyways. We’re both the ‘glass is half full’ kind of people and we both are in professions where we help people. So, my dad is a retired hospital and US Air Force Chaplin and he was a minister. I grew up going to church and listening to my dad deliver sermons and speak his truth and what he believes in in an effort to help people. Well, sometimes I listened..sorry dad...haha. It really parallels with teaching yoga and this new online business that I’ve started. Speaking your truth, showing up and being authentic, leading by example and being the best version of yourself. I love to inspire and support people and both my dad and I love helping people and bringing out the best in everyone. There’s nothing better than seeing someone smile and feel better about themselves, living a stress free life and feeling ‘free’ in whatever way that means to you. I’ve always been a pretty happy go lucky girl and I love my life...it’s pretty good I have to say. I really owe that to my parents and all the people in my life who have loved, inspired and supported me and I just wanna share that with the world.
