Week 16
Final check-in for the fitness challenge I joined in January - and I'm pretty stoked about the results! I've experienced a lot of NSVs, and I've have felt so much better as time has passed. It's been a great catalyst to get me back into fitness and bettering my health.
I lost a total of 30.4 lbs, and I gained 10.8 lbs of muscle!
(according to the RENPHO scale used for tracking which I have read mixed reviews about but I'm not going to let that affect how fucking stoked I am)
I'm so excited to keep going and find ways to add other things I want to try into my fitness adventure. First up? Finding somewhere that does hip-hop dance classes.
