These Snickers Chocolate Brownies are the perfect blend of rich chocolate, gooey caramel, and crunchy peanuts. They're a decadent treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter. 2 cups granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chopped Snickers bars about 8 fun-sized bars. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup caramel sauce. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second intervals until fully melted. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth. In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped Snickers bars and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Drizzle the caramel sauce over the batter, and then sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the caramel and peanuts, spreading it to cover the layer beneath. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Be careful not to overbake. Remove from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
