The creamy goodness of cheesecake and the sweetness of white chocolate fudge come together in this Easy Cheesecake Fudge. It is a delicious treat that is great for any event!
Ingredients: 3 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1/4 cup butter, melted.
Instructions: Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk together in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth and well combined. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the melted white chocolate mixture and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, and mix until fully incorporated. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly. In a separate bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are coated with butter. Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture evenly over the fudge layer in the pan. Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top of the graham cracker layer, spreading it out to cover. Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm. Once set, use the parchment paper overhangs to lift the fudge out of the pan. Cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!
