6. What's your OC's idea of a cozy night in?
A night in for Aurora consists of some sort of snack food: probably popcorn or something sweet (chocolate covered) and a movie marathon. She loves horror movies (a lot less during the Reaper war), she loves Blasto movies (which is an enthusiasm she shares with Joker), she also plays a bunch of extranet games, mostly single player, but Joker and Kaidan got her into some multiplayer ones as well. She's also known for playing board games, but not as often once the war begins.
13. What makes your OC feel safe and secure?
Being around her favorite people. Whether that's her father (as a child), her twin brother, her friends, Joker. They make her feel content, safe, at peace. Her connections to other people are important to her and at the end of the day, she does everything for them. Also, staring at the stars from Arcturus Station holds a special place in her heart. She always feels calm when she gets a good view from the windows on the station.
25. What's something your OC does to wind down after a long day?
A long hot shower. Hot enough to scald her skin red. Putting on soft pajamas, usually shorts and a tank top, but at times she also just throws a sports bra on with pants and calls it a day. Clean sheets are a must, especially after a difficult mission, and she won't say not to some cuddling too. Mostly, she wants to rest, shut off her brain, and be left alone.
19. Does your OC prefer early nights or late mornings?
When she's on the Normandy, during the war, she doesn't get the luxury of either. She's up quite late and then again, early in the morning. But once the war is over, she enjoys late mornings in bed with Joker and the dogs they eventually adopt. Because she's earned that peace.

That last one was apparently wishful thinking, there is no porn (so far?) despite how much they're both thinking about it; pretty sure I briefly called it "why aren't they fucking yet?" as well
I got stuck both because of the aforementioned almost!fucking, (though that was a common stage in smut!writing back when I used to do more of it)
and then the emotional beats didn't quite fit with where they are in the show. Like I keep trying to resolve stuff that hasn't happened yet, if that makes sense?

About what percentage is Rhi is paragon vs renegade?
I don't remember how the game quantifies it. I only think of it qualitatively. It's not "x% paragon, y% renegade" it's "Paragon in X situations, Renegade in Y".
She's paragon about most of the big things (In fact I'd say she's ethical about all of them, whether the game counts it as paragon or not). These big, world-changing problems require slowing down and thinking, and she does. She's also read a ton (she may have missed most of school, but she likes reading), so there's some historical grounding there.
She always takes the high road with Al Jilani, because when she had her fifteen minutes of fame after the Skyllian Blitz the Alliance assigned one of their communications folks to her to drill her on responding to reporters. That's not natural ability, it's learned skill, all the way.
Situations that call back to her youth bring out the renegade. Being on Omega sends her straight back to tough-as-nails-take-no-prisoners-kill-or-be-killed mode. While she has her eloquent moments, she also tends toward blunt-to-the-point-of-rude when someone she doesn't respect gets talking. Asshole Krogan get headbutted or set on fire. That's the world she grew up in; she understands it, she's good at it.
Other renegade things are more an issue of being blunt to the point of rude. Trained response to reporters aside, she's not great with people she thinks are bullshitting her. She was better in ME1, but that was before Cerberus fucked with everything she'd come to rely on, the Council spat on everything she'd done, and the Alliance refused to take her back. She is quite paragon in 1, and a lot more renegade in 2.

Answered here but I'll do a second one and put Say That You'll Love Every Version of Me, the fic I wrote for Galemancer Wedding Week, and the reason I'm proud of it is that I managed to put out a chapter every single day for 7 days without missing one. Done and dusted in a single week. Go me!!

Does this mean mine or someone else's work? I loved The Lamb and the Knife by @elinorbard because I love the tragedy of Orin and a F!Durge, and she twisted the nails in so good. It still hurts

Oh there were so many beautiful artists I had the joy to commission this year who brought my characters to life in such beautiful ways. I'll say @aevari because she did multiple pieces for me this year, including my most recent Kasstash piece, the worst couple in the Koronus Expanse, and Rhyme's outfit references! All beautiful!

Just my art in general I feel I got a lot better at. I have multiple pieces going at the moment that I can't post spoilers of FOR REASONS but I really do look at my current work and think I've really come a long way

Writing the regency AU, specifically writing Sceleritas being the world's bitchiest, cattiest gossip columnist. He hates them all SO MUCH.

Literally anything I write about Rhyme's past will make me emotional. She's so lost and so lonely and in so much pain and I want to tell her it's all going to be okay and there's good things coming for her and she'll be safe and cherished soon but goddamn. If it makes you cry reading it, chances are I was bawling my eyes out as I wrote it

I am only halfway through this one at the moment but Crown Heist in Cania: We Are Not Qualified For This by @aerin67 is so funny, it's the workplace comedy Durgetash you never knew you needed. The part of me that struggled with the details of the Cania heist has gone into anaphylactic shock at how lackadaisical the terrible two take their approach to the burglary but it's so funny I can't be that mad at them
(cue to Gortash in my canon turning to Kass and going "could it have really been that easy? did we just over complicate things?")
