listen, i know the whole "shiro is gay" thing is literally revolutionary, but this is a kids' show. lets not condone unhealthy relationships. you can ship whatever the fuck you want, but dont you dare put shiro/adam on my dash. i understand wholeheartedly that adam was upset bc shiro didnt have forever and that kerberos mission was gonna put his health at more risk, but he made shiro choose between his dream and their relationship. thats what it boils down to, no matter how adam felt. he left shiro when he was in a very, very, very hard moment in his life. he left him because shiro got the chance of a lifetime and he didnt turn it down. this isnt about sheith. this isnt about any fucking ship. its about legitimate unhealthy dynamics in gay relationships. if you cant tell your partner you want to do something that you know is good for you, what are you doing?
edit: you can ship whatever you want. fiction is where you delve into dynamics you wouldnt in reality, but i do hope i dont see "i hope they get back together in canon" or "i hope shiro realizes adam still loves him" or whatever cause thats not healthy
