A sequel!

Two characters who are several years into a long term relationship being absolutely enthralled by the most mundane things the others person does. “You like black olives too? I knew I married you for a reason!”

Intensely passionate love triangles between only two people. (Such as Character A having a secret identity that Character B absolutely despises despite being in love with Character A normally)

Intensely passionate love squares between only three people. (Character A loves Character B, Character B loves Character A’s alter ego but hates Character A normally, while Character C loves Character A normally but hates Character A’s alter ego.)

Character A is a powerful evil character who will let nothing stand in the way of their goals. Except for Character B, they would never harm Character B and they go out of their way to justify the fact that they always go easy on Character B whenever they fight.

Two characters go on an adventure together, facing danger and growing closer. When they finally say goodbye they have that little moment where they both don’t want the adventure to end but they still end up going their separate ways, wondering what could have been.

Exact same trope as above but they realize how much they truly love each other and run off to have more adventures together.

Character A being a knight and/or bodyguard to Character B, who is in love with someone else and Character A‘s pining from behind their professional demeanor. 

A huge passionate love triangle between three characters that keeps having emotional twists and turns, meanwhile a fourth character is outside the whole thing, and knows their love is hopeless because they don’t stand a chance amidst all the drama.

Character A and Character B have a nearly unhealthy level of chemistry. Anytime the two of them are in the same room their flirting gets out of hand and for the good of the mission their allies have to separate them. “We need to break in and destroy the secret weapon before it gets into enemy hands, and for the love of god can you two stop making out and pay attention this is a matter of national security!”

Character A wrongly assumes Character B has a crush on them. Finally after a lot of hijinx Character B admits that they don’t actually have a crush on them. Character A is relieved but is also a little disappointed, realizing that it might not be such a bad thing if Character B had a crush on them.

Same trope as above but Character B is just a really good liar and they had a crush on Character A the whole time.
