Today is my jewelry line's fifth birthday! I'm dreaming of celebrating with this insane crystal cake from @cakelifebakeshop. 🎂 On one hand, I'm blown away that it's already been five years since I first picked up a torch and hammer. On the other, it feels like I've been doing this forever, because this business is an authentic extension of who I am and has become so acutely essential to my existence. On my worst days, I'm still proud of myself for all I've created in the past five years. When anxiety takes over or sadness strikes, I throw my focus toward the meticulous intricacies of, what has been for me, a life-changing craft. It allows me to express my deep-rooted love of literature, witchcraft, and mythology, my tendency toward ritual, and my veneration of the seasons and the earth, all through the medium of metal and stone. I am truly grateful to do this work, and honored to receive the support each and every one of you sends my way so often.
