Oh this lil dude of mine is so entertaining and often is making me laugh. I love that I get to be a stay at home Mama. I did not choose to have a disability but I do get to make the best of my situation. I also get to make my health/fitness my full time job along with caring for my family. I highly recommend adding some kind of personal development book daily, then there is my virtual global group of girls that are there to support, inspire and motivate me along the way for the long haul. This is a lifelong lifestyle to loving the best mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Make all this self love/ selfcare part of your daily routine for you! To be the best version of you! Thankful Thursday’s!!! I’m so very thankful that I found Beachbody back in April. As I live with fibromyalgia, sad, anxiety and just plain allergic to the cold weather. The winter ❄️ 🥶 makes my conditions worse and so very challenging to manage and a very dark time for me. Having my on line support group of a bunch of gals, the Netflix of workouts available on Beachbody on demand brings light into my day! I have goals and I’m gonna keep on going and doing this thing! Be careful of whom you call friend. I’d rather have someone openly rebuke me than to despise me secretly while pretending to be my friend. Realize that everyone that is around you aren’t there to truly support where God is taking you. Unfortunately some of your “friends” are only spectators waiting for you to fail or waiting to see how your blessings may benefit them. Focus on God and He will continue to reveal the real from the fake as He pulls you from the dark into the light. As their true identity & intent becomes revealed shake them off and keep pushing in God’s perfection. Confronting negativity is not worth wasting the energy God intended for your progress.
