و هي مبادرة توعوية ومناصرة تهدف إلى تسليط الضوء على حقيقة أن تأثيرات تغيّر المناخ لا تصيب الجميع بالقدر نفسه. تركز المبادرة على الفئات الأكثر هشاشة، الذين يواجهون تحديات إضافية في الاستعداد للكوارث المناخية والتكيف معها بسبب الحواجز المادية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية و الصحية .

تسلّط المبادرة الضوء على الأصوات التي غالبًا ما تُستبعد من النقاش المناخي، وتدافع عن حق الفئات الأكثر هشاشة في أن تكون جزءًا من الحل، لا مجرد متلقية لتبعات الأزمة.
