we never rant about endo syscourse but we are today. rant more targeted towards the other things
NOT ABLEIST:
- telling “non disordered” plurals that they’re not the same as pw osdid
- anything toward “endos” or “non-traumagenic” (because if its not a disorder, it cant be ableist)
- having a name in a non-latin alphabet
ABLEIST:
- refusing to change names that break screenreaders/ make the screenreader read out a ridiculous number symbol names
- using a ridiculous amount of fonts and symbols instead of plaintext
- Endos trying to say theyre the same as pw osdid
- endos harassing and purposefully triggering pw osdid
I promise its not a big deal if you have to use plaintext instead of weird symbols to make them look like letters. nobody cares that much.

censoring trigger warnings also exposes it to people who have muted the word, so they'll be seeing the content anyway

we use a screen reader fairly often cus we struggle to read and have worsening vision- meanwhile the non-existence of alt text on images / image IDs is depressing as fuck
not to mention the amount of people who use alt text as a joke, completely exclusing groups of people
