Ok hopefully this pops up on the right people's feeds but I would really really really like to talk about my trauma, mental issues and possible plurality with a system? Preferably somebody diagnosed (not to be a dick or anything but I'd feel like someone diagnosed with did would give better advice for how to handle it all)
