15.03 The Rupture
There's something that's been bothering me about the scene in 'The Well' where Cassio takes over in command and decides to try to determine the threat and eliminate it if possible. That in itself was fine.
It was his death and those of others in the unit that bothered me, and it's taken me until now to put my finger on what. I found their deaths somewhat comical and didn't know why.
Then it occured to me. It was less "invisible monster throwing people across a room" and more "Monty Python and The Holy Grail":
I don't think I'll be able to watch 'The Well' again without first wondering about the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow.
