I am going insane over the yuri potential for these two.

Mary accidentally wards off an old white man that had Miss Ann Baxter trapped in conversation, and the two girls instantly connect. Ann says she hates the start of these formal events, and so does Mary. Ann compliments Mary's dress and calls it striking (image 1). When Mary admits she's not sure and it feels too bold, Ann encourages her (image 2).

Varada Sethu you are SO charming and witty and gorgeous as Miss Baxter. More beautiful brown people in this TV show is SUCH a win.

I'm also shocked I've never seen any screenshots of her character before now, or even knew of her character, from just a quick look into the show tag here on Tumblr. What a surprise to have her pop up and make me fall in love with her as she did. Ann and Mary, PLEASE do not let a fuckass white man get between you two and your lovely bond!!!
