#ruby is a birb

Ruby: *Knows exactly what Jaune is doing, enjoying the attention*

Jaune: This is pretty good! I thought we were out though. Did you go get some?

Ruby: ...

Jaune: But then why would there be one egg?

Ruby: ...

Ruby: *on his back with her cheek close to his* You like it?

Ruby: Yep, i didn't know what kind of skewer you wold like so i made many kinds

Jaune: Even one of insects, dead rodents and lizards?

Ruby: Ignore those three. I just did what my mom did to propose dad

Jaune: She made a bunch of skewers to propose your dad?

Ruby: Yep, apparently, make skewers is normal for our kind of faunus

Jaune: That would explain why all your food was in a brochette since we meet... You know what? Screw it, i accept

Ruby: *happy bird noises*

Tai: Honey, dinners ready!

Summer: *running to her seat* What do we have for dinner?

Tai: I made some pasta for dinner

Summer: *sad bird noises*

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information to really confirm or deny this fact. The stuff I did find talked about parrots not responding to recordings, tearing up towels and dancing around them, and rubbing their "bird bits" all over stuff and people during their puberty. That and also parrots being able to notice if a person is not speaking their native tongue.

But I'd hate to leave you empty handed, so I'll give you something at least.
