Here is the new and revamped Eighth Wonder of the World, the second most well known movie monster, the King of the Apes, King Kong! When I was younger and first learned about Kong, I thought he was alright. Not one of my favorites. But now after seeing his films more, I have a lot more respect and love for him. While I will always be more of a Godzilla fan, I still think he is just super awesome and just as great as Godzilla. He like Godzilla, has had many stories and awesome moments. From standing on the top of the Empire State Building fighting off planes, to fighting Godzilla himself and many other monsters, Kong is a ape who never backs down. I especially love the Monsterverse Kong, who is pretty much my favorite incarnation of the character. I love his journey so far throughout it and him finally finding his own family. I can't wait for what they do to him next in Godzilla x Kong: Supernova. All that and more are why I love King Kong! Hope you like him!

Also, this is a tribute to Kaylee Hottle who played Jia in the Monsterverse. May she rest in peace.

For his updated design, I made his fur a darker brown, along with his skin being a darker gray. His arms are much longer. His chest is more bigger and muscled with more details. Hi guys, this week I'll be creating Krita animations to pay tribute to Kaylee Hottle, who played Jia. This animation aims to evoke emotions like sadness and the pain we feel when we lose a beloved celebrity known for their amazing performances and characters.

I don't know exactly how long it will take, but I hope to finish a few days before August.
