Ingredients: 2 racks of baby back ribs. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons paprika. 1 tablespoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon salt. 1 tablespoon chili powder. 1 tablespoon garlic powder. 1 tablespoon onion powder. 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1 cup BBQ sauce.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. To get the most flavor out of the meat, take off the membrane from the back of the ribs. For the dry rub, mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, brown sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cover both sides of the ribs with a lot of the dry rub. After the grill is hot, put the ribs on it and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, turning them every so often to make sure they cook evenly. During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce. This will let the sauce caramelize and turn into a tasty glaze. Take the ribs off the grill and give them a moment to rest. Cut the ribs in half and serve them with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
