Ingredients: 3-4 Ribeye steaks Avocado oil (for binding) Honey Garlic seasoning (Fire and Smoke Society) For Roasted Garlic Herb Butter: 8 cloves roasted garlic 1/2 shallot, finely diced 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped 2 tsp kosher salt 2 tsp Mexican chili powder 1 tsp ground black pepper Instructions: Roast 2 bulbs of peeled garlic in olive oil at 325Β°F for about 25 minutes, until golden and soft. Season your ribeye steaks with honey garlic seasoning while the garlic roasts. Allow steaks to rest at room temperature for better cooking results. Prepare the garlic butter by combining softened unsalted butter, 6-8 roasted garlic cloves, rosemary, thyme, shallots, chili powder, black pepper, and kosher salt. Stir until well-mixed and fragrant. Fire up the grill for direct heat grilling. Sear each steak for 60-90 seconds per side until a crust forms, then transfer to indirect heat. Grill the steaks low and slow until they reach an internal temperature of 118-120Β°F. Add a dollop of the garlic herb butter to each steak as they near 127-128Β°F, then remove from heat. Let the steaks rest for 8-10 minutes before slicing. Pair with your favorite sides and enjoy with friends and family!π₯°β€οΈ
